GTA LCS (PSP) - "Don't Put On the Red Light" cheevo (RetroAchievements)

To unlock this achievement, you must complete the "Red Light Racing" mission using a Sanchez. Since this is a payphone mission, you need to head over to the western part of Chinatown in Portland to find it. You can grab a Sanchez at the Harwood scrapyard—specifically, the one that triggers the Scrapyard Challenge. This mission is required for 100% completion.
