BEST route for beginners from SE London: Thames Path Greenwich to Erith

Me and Dan cycle down the best London route for beginners looking to gain confidence and increase their distances – following the Thames Path from Greenwich to Erith via the Emirates cable cars, Woolwich Arsenal, and with a stop-off at Lesnes Abbey via Thamesmead. The route takes you through interesting industrial areas and through corridors of trees, completely car-free, entirely flat, and almost impossible to get lost.
