What to do after retirement? Roasting coffee at home on the SR540 with extension tube? Your thoughts

I am a home roaster who will be retiring in a couple short years that is learning to roast coffee on my SR540 with the extension tube. Perhaps a side hustle if I can master it. If you roast coffee, where would you suggest I make changes to get this Ethiopian washed coffee to end at a nice medium roast? Perhaps simply let it roast a little longer or change up the profile. Your thoughts?
