DIY TUTU with Ribbon / No Sew Tutu

Hello you all, I wanted to share with you how to make a tutu without sewing. This is an easy project however you may adjust the measurements or use tulle on the row depending on the size of the child. The measurements in this video is for a newborn - 3 months.
