WHEN GOD CLOSES A DOOR, WAIT FOR HIS DIRECTION | Skip Heitzig

Sometimes the closed door is not rejection—it is God’s redirection. In this powerful Bible teaching, Skip Heitzig explores how God guided the apostle Paul through unexpected stops, changed plans, and divine appointments that eventually brought the gospel to Thessalonica. Through 1 Thessalonians 1, Skip Heitzig reminds us that God directs not only our steps but also our stops. When a plan fails, a door closes, or the answer seems to be “no,” faith means refusing to force our way forward and trusting God for the next instruction. This message from Skip Heitzig also reveals what genuine Christianity looks like: a faith that works, a love that labors, and a hope that patiently waits for Jesus Christ. God’s grace gives us peace, His Word changes our lives, and even during affliction believers can experience the joy of the Holy Spirit. #SkipHeitzig #TrustGod #GodsDirection #GodsWill #ChristianFaith #BibleTeaching #JesusChrist #FaithInGod #ClosedDoors #FirstThessalonians
