Vance & Hines 3" Slash Cut Too Loud & How to Install

The Vance & Hines 3" Slash Cut slip on mufflers are just too loud for my taste. I don't feel like spending another $120 for baffles to reduce the noise and from what I understand, they don't reduce the noise by much. See this 'how to' video too.
