Haedong Kumdo - Basic sword movements

Sorry for the wind! These are the basic patterns we use in the Netherlands to make new students familiar with the sword. The strikes are easy to learn and memorize and will flow into more advanced forms or patterns with ease. We also use these as warming up patterns.
