Byron Kelley has an extensive background in Healthcare Analytics and Operations. He holds a Master in Business Administration and Master of Science in Health Administration from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He has held professional positions at the VAMC, Ascension-Alabama network and most recently in the Microsoft + Nuance Healthcare Cloud Division. He currently is responsible for PowerShare customer success from the Midwest through the Northeast region. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 young sons who keep him busy with taekwondo, baseball and golf. He is passionate about driving customer satisfaction through his work and is committed to helping patients through Microsoft + Nuance software solutions. Overview: 1.
