NEC delivers national programmes for newborn hearing and diabetic eye for the national screening service in Ireland; and the tracking/failsafe software for national newborn screening in England – with more than ten million babies screened to date… In short, Paul has a front-row seat to how data moves through the system, and where it breaks down.
