Sermon Series: Kingdom Values, Part 5 Sermon Title: “Grace Beyond Compare” Sermon Speaker: Donna Marsh, pastor It’s human nature to compare our own situations with those of others. From early childhood, people spend a lot of mental energy assessing whether life is fair, and whether they are being treated fairly. (Ironically, people often spend less time examining whether others are being treated fairly.) Fairness seems like a good value—after all, it’s a component of justice, and we know God values justice. But what happens when our human measures of fairness encounter unexpected grace? This Sunday, we’ll explore the riches of God’s grace through a story Jesus told in Matthew 20:1-16. It’s a mind twister, but a good one! Read Matthew 20:1-16 (NIV). Check-in with us: https://www.firstpresrf.org/check-in/ Bulletin: https://www.firstpresrf.org/sunday-bu...
