Shifting Bottleneck Heuristic - Job Shop Problem OR

Example taken from    • Mod-07 Lec-29 Job shop scheduling -- Shift...   I had to make an algorithm that would solve the Job Shop problem and stumbled upon the linked video on Bottleneck Heuristics. It is a good video but I personally think it is too long. So I pretty much condensed his problem in less than 20 minutes so that it can be easier to follow and understand. You can always refer back to the linked video for further explanation if you need further help. If this video helped someone out there understand the material better, then I am happy and I have fulfilled my purpose. Enjoy!
