Genie ProMax Chain Glide PCG450 on 8x6'6 Midland ValuCraft

We replaced the chain glide on the other door with an 83650 due to the chain spitting out of the plastic housing, and we actually replaced this one a couple weeks later because of a similar issue. Any day you get to rip out a chain glide is a good day!
