asmr brutally honest friend visits during your depressive episode

Hi friends! The brutally honest friend loves you, she just has a strange way of showing it. For real though, if you are struggling with your mental health, I'm sending you gentle positive energy. I understand, and I promise you it does get better - speaking from experience. Lots of hard work, compassion, and patience with yourself are the keys to overcoming your mind. Thank you for being here. I truly appreciate you. Have a good rest, my friends.
