Hello everyone! Today we are playing Control Resonant! This is a new entry in the Remedy universe, alongside Control and Alan Wake (and with legally distinct similarities to Quantum Break and Max Payne). The Game is a direct sequel to the original Control. Control Resonant takes place roughly 7 years after the original game. With the lockdown of the Oldest House failing to contain the Hiss, Manhattan has been corrupted and twisted into something new and horrifying. Playing as Dylan Faden, the younger brother of Jesse Faden from Control, you will venture out into Manhattan hoping to save your sister and stop the paranatural entities from destroying more than they already have. Whereas Control was a third-person shooter at heart, Control Resonant is a third-person action game. You will level your abilities, learn new methods of traversal, and master intense melee combat as you fight against threats new and old. NOTE* THE ODD SOUND EFFECTS AND VISUALS SEEM TO BE DUE TO THE DUALSENSE CONTROLLER THAT I WAS INITIALLY USING TO PLAY THE GAME ON PC. I HAD THE SAME ISSUE WHEN PLAYING THE ORIGINAL CONTROL AND ALAN WAKE 2 EARLIER THIS YEAR. I HAVE SINCE CHANGED MY RECORDING CONTROLLER IN THE HOPE OF FIXING THIS ISSUE!
