Don’t Keep The Poison

Don’t Keep the Poison, is a reflective song about learning to carry the lessons of the past without carrying the anger, regret, disappointment and hate. Inspired by ideas of acceptance and letting go, it explores how experience shapes who we become without having to define us. Remembering isn’t the same as carrying, and forgetting isn’t the goal. Keep the wisdom, keep what made you kinder—but don’t keep the poison in your soul.
