John Galliano at Zara, Portobello Road & Jersey | A Week of Menswear

A week of menswear, fashion and everyday life — starting with my first visit to Portobello Road, an unexpected work trip to Jersey, and then back to London for Oxford Street. In Jersey I had a look around the town, the menswear on offer and a new fragrance I’d been trying. Back in London, I went into Zara after finding the first item I could see officially credited to John Galliano — the velvet star choker — and looked a little deeper into the other items that had already been linked to his work. I also stopped by COS to see what was actually available from the new collection, before heading home with a few things from Zara Home and Rituals. This is very much a week in my life through fashion: what I find, what I like, what disappoints me, and the random things that happen along the way.
