Mulanay, Quezon May 2, 2018 President Rodrigo Roa Duterte led the distribution of the certificates of land ownership to farmer-beneficiaries in a ceremony at the Municipality of Mulanay in Quezon province on May 2, 2018. The certificates were distributed in compliance with the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) covering Hacienda Matias in San Francisco, Quezon.
