On September 8, restaurants in Manchester, Connecticut will square off for The Chef's Challenge. Those attending the event will be able to sample great local dishes at no extra charge. Featured at the Chef's Challenge will be several restaurants taking part in an exclusive competition. They were given four mystery ingredients...five minutes to brain storm...and 30 minutes to create a dish that incorporates all four ingredients. Here's Main Street Pub in Manchester.
