CEW Scholar Series Webinar - Transformative Leadership: Driving Sustainability in a Changing World

On Monday 25th August, CEW hosted a webinar titled "Transformative Leadership: Driving Sustainability in a Changing World" as part of a series of online lunchtime talks for CEW Members, Connect Women, Partners and Supporters, to showcase the impact of the CEW Scholarships Program. Returning CEW Scholars will shared thought-provoking learnings and insights gained from their scholarship experiences, and how they are applying these in their leadership journey and field of expertise. This webinar focused on leadership in the Sustainability Sector, and we were delighted to welcome two CEW Scholars: Emily Antonio, General Manager Sustainability & Environment for Brickworks Building Products. Emily was a 2023 recipient of the ANZ Sustainability Scholarship and completed the Executive Development Program at Wharton, Philadelphia in March 2024. & Marianna O'Gorman, Company Director with governance roles across the public and not-for-profit sector including with Stanwell Corporation (energy generator); the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (clean-tech enabler) and the McKell Institute (think tank). Marianna was one of the inaugural recipients of the ANZ Sustainability Scholarship in 2021 and completed the AICD Company Directors Course & AIST Trustee Course.
