Riding the Subway to the 82nd Columbus Day Parade on Fifth Avenue, NYC

Take a first-person ride on the NYC subway straight to the 82nd Columbus Day Parade. From the train doors to the 5 Av/53 St platform, up the escalators, through the turnstiles and out onto the street — then onto Fifth Avenue where the barricades are up, the crowds are packed in, and the marching bands are rolling through with Italian flags flying. Filmed on parade day, October 12, 2026 — the 82nd annual celebration of Italian-American heritage on Fifth Avenue, Manhattan.
