Maskfest 2022, Theatre Titano, San Marino The "Waiting Room" Suite for cello and piano follows the suite for viola and piano; however, rather than being a simple transcription, it is a reimagining of the original viola version—and is, in fact, longer. It comprises six movements ("A Goldfish", "The Seashells", "A Black Swan", "The Waves Rise", "Rainbow", "Chess Game") inspired by six corresponding haikus by Sherry Grant (a New Zealand poet and musician).
