Penang~ better when you don't rush

Hi everyone! This time, we’re spending five days exploring Penang, where history, culture, street art and very good food seem to be waiting around every corner. From wondering through the Clan Jetties and colourful streets of George Town to stepping back into Peranakan history at the pinang Peranakan Mansion and taking in the beauty of Kek Lok Si Temple, there was so much to learn along the way. Char Kway Teow made more appearances than I’d like to admit, alongside Nyonya Kueh, yum cha, oyster omelette, durian and plenty more. Beyond everything we ate and explored, some of my favourite moments came from simply slowing down, revisiting old memories, meeting people with stories to share and experiencing Penang as it came.
