In this video, I demonstrate an approach to decision-making for round three of CapSim Capstone 2.0. The decision includes an approach to the HR and TQM Modules. Please note that these decisions are one approach and not the only approach. Also, your decisions are largely influenced by the context in which you are making decisions, which means your pricing, forecasting, production, and financing decisions vary based on where you are starting the decisions, who your competition is, and how they are performing.
