Interview with IW's Rory Walsh

Rory’s IW story started in an elevator. He was 13, Al was there, and somehow that conversation turned into a 20 year career. Today, Rory is a Senior Account Executive working with grocery customers. But he did not learn the technology from a sales deck. He learned it by working on it. That is a big part of why customers trust him. He knows the equipment, understands what is happening behind the scenes, and is there when they need help figuring it out. In the today's interview, Rory shares how it all started and what has kept him here for two decades. He knows the tech, knows the customer, and probably knows who to call before anyone else does.
