Women need love and men need respect. It sounds harmless. It might even sound wise. But I think it is one of the most dangerous ideas ever taught to women in relationships, and here is why. Love is subjective. It can be claimed, performed, and declared while somebody is actively disrespecting you. Respect is observable. It leaves evidence.
