WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY: WOW - I didn't expect this. A Spectacular Day at My Favourite Hide on the bog.

Wow, what a fantastic day with perfect conditions for filming and photography. I headed to Hide Number 2, which is by far my favourite hide when it comes to capturing birds on camera. Much of this is thanks to the one-way mirror glass, which allows me to photograph and film without the birds seeing any movement from either me or my equipment. As I made my way across the moor, the morning dew sparkled like tiny diamonds. Everything was calm and silent—the moorland was truly beautiful. After settling into the hide and getting all my equipment ready, the birds gradually began to appear. Then, just as I was preparing to leave, an impressive rush of birds of prey suddenly arrived.
