NOAA Fisheries Turtle Excluder Device Testing (ESA Permitted Research)

Aerial footage of turtle excluder device (TED) testing conducted by NOAA Fisheries off Panama City Beach, Florida in June 2017. This research is authorized/permitted under the Endangered Species Act to help reduce bycatch of sea turtles in the commercial shrimp trawl fisheries.
