In the field, rapid and reliable demand management is essential for maintaining operational readiness. ReadyFleet™ Tac, the tactical edge client of the ReadyFleet™ platform, lets personnel raise equipment and supply demands directly from the point of need, including: OPDEM: Operational Demand PRIDEM: Priority Demand MAINTDEM: Maintenance Demand The workflow demonstrated: Demand creation (tactical edge) Field personnel create a demand in ReadyFleet™ Tac on a ruggedised device running the D-JMILS application. The system supports item searches, NSN mapping and categorised demand types, capturing all required details offline. Transmission to deployed HQ The demand is automatically queued and transmitted to ReadyFleet™ HQ when connectivity allows, supporting asynchronous workflows in degraded or disconnected environments. Approval and processing at HQ Staff at the deployed headquarters review and approve demands in ReadyFleet™ HQ. Rules-based logic and user roles ensure the right oversight and auditability. SAP ERP integration (disconnected mode) Once approved, ReadyFleet™ performs the relevant SAP transactions, even in disconnected mode. This includes stock transport orders, post goods issue and goods receipt, with all transaction data securely cached for synchronisation. Status updates and traceability ReadyFleet™ Tac and HQ both keep full visibility of the demand lifecycle.
