After several attempts, my faction squad has figured out a process for finishing this new instance. The choice of reward are items such as 4 Pages of Fate, 4 Old Book Pages, 800 reputation, 80 SUBs, and mats for R8R recast from T2 gear. The instance can be completed daily as many times as desired, but the reward is granted only once per day.
