Traded 55 Years In Prison For Fame! TAY-K Gone Forever? Stunted Growth Music

Today’s feature is a rapper that you or I will never hear rap, compose or perform a new song ever again. Right now Tay-K is in prison, serving a 55 year sentence for his involvement in the death of Ethan Walker and is awaiting trail for the Capitol murder of another man Mark Anthony Saldivar, who the state claims Tay-K was involved in killing while on house arrest for the previous murder charge. During this house arrest Tay-K and his co defendant illegally removed their house arrest bands and proceed to flee those charges until he was caught June 30th 2017 after 3 months on the run. That same day his song “The Race” was officially released and in months was certified platinum by the RIAA. Tay-k was 16 years old at the time this was all going on, and a talented young rapper who honestly I have to admit being a fan of his musical talent, not necessarily the content, but it was obvious to me that he had something about him as a personality and rapper that more than likely would’ve found that pocket in rap where success would’ve eventually find him. Sadly that’s all over at this point, as I’m sure the courts will use him as an example that making a mockery of the court and justice system no matter how old you are will not be tolerated. That along with taking the life of another person. Tay-K had all the shots in the world to blow up in the late 2010s, but for these reasons, that didn’t happen and he’s waisting away behind bars.
