She sat beside the scales of Ma’at ready to devour the souls of those deemed unworthy. They say Ammit comes to those who are desperate to find their true identity... Getting bullied can lead someone to lose their true self, forgetting what they are worth. Drowning in desperation, Ammit target those to become her avatar. Under her control she decides the weight of their heart however she pleases, causing her victims in need of her constant validation. How Ammit treats her avatars resembles society in the coming-of-age world. Her avatars finally realizes how different they've become and how ashamed they were of themselves.
