Create a text file called "0643F90C.pnach" without the quotes and paste the following into the document. Save. Place the file into the cheats folder (create one if needed) in the PCSX2 folder. The PCSX2 folder is usually in "Documents". Make sure you have cheats enabled in the emulator settings. Start up the emulator and it should be running in 60fps.
