Slam Xcam finally with a stable Framerate!

This is a test of the improved 50 fps mode of the Slam Xcam. To be fair, I have no idea when they did it, but I noticed when using the 6K 50fps mode the video stream is no longer full of duplicates. I can now comfortably enjoy moving footage without being annoyed by stuttering segments. Not long ago every set of about 2 - 4 frames was followed by a duplicate of the last frame. That made the video actually look less stable, than a modified version with all the duplicates removed and having the remaining frames distributed evenly over time. That formerly resulted in a stream that could be used for stable 30fps. However I noticed that my pipeline no longer removed duplicates and so I had to adapt. What we get now is sufficient to be distributed at a 50fps grid only having to add a duplicate once in a while to catch up. The camera still delivers some 49 point something fps, but it's so close to 50 fps, that I don't see the irregularities anymore and I'm quite sensitive to that. It should be mentioned that they claim to have achieved that even for 8K, splitting the video to one stream per eye. I haven't tried that mode thoroughly yet, but it looks promising. If the framerate is as stable as it is for 6K now, that would be an amazing improvement. While joint two streams in post-proc adds some extra effort, they seem to have the same bitrate as before - but now per eye, which means a more detail rich video, even in fast moving scenes. They already released their own software for the side by side stitching, so we don't need to do that ourselves, if we don't want to. Congratz Slam Xcam team, this is an improvement worth to be praised!
