Helofatec – What’s That Noise? (Official Audio)

*What’s That Noise?* is a dark, introspective Helofatec track about the thoughts that get louder when everything around you goes quiet. A noise in the hallway. A sound downstairs. A mind that won't switch off. Blending dark alternative trip-hop, alternative rock and subtle psychedelic textures, the song moves from late-night unease into something more personal: overthinking, unfinished thoughts, old regrets and worrying about problems that haven't even happened yet. Sometimes the noise isn't outside. It's the conversation happening inside your own head. From *The Middle Distance* — original music about the strange, frustrating and familiar parts of everyday life. 🎧 Headphones recommended.
