Between these prayers comes an ordinary day — but filled with countless responsibilities: 🌙 Tahajjud & Salah 📖 Quran recitation 🍳 Preparing breakfast and meals 👔 Taking care of household responsibilities 🧹 Cleaning the home 🫧 Washing dishes 👗 Ironing clothes 💼 Going to work 📚 Learning Arabic for two hours ☔ Walking in the rain with her husband 🤲 Ending the day with Salah, Quran and Dhikr Sometimes we think Sukoon means having no responsibilities. But perhaps real Sukoon is learning to remember Allah while carrying those responsibilities. A peaceful heart does not necessarily come from a perfect life. It comes from knowing Who you are living for. 🤍 “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ “Surely, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort.” (Surah Ar-Ra'd 13:28) May Allah put barakah in our time, peace in our hearts, goodness in our homes, and sincerity in our عبادات.
