How I set up Desert Lizard shocks

I haven’t found any videos I’ve looked that do a good job of explaining how or why to set up these shocks in any certain way. This is my preferred method but these shocks give you the most adjustability and the best control of the movement of your suspension of any other shocks, especially for the money.
