Hi Everyone! It's time for Project Dress a Girl 2026! 💕 Every year, I take some time away from my own sewing projects to make handmade dresses for Project Dress a Girl, an organization that brings handmade dresses to girls in need around the world. This year, I'm sewing the Summer Picnic Dress — and I'm taking you along for the entire sewing process! 🧵✂️ From choosing the pattern and fabric to cutting, sewing, and finishing the dress, this is a complete sew-along you can follow along with if you'd like to make one too. And let's just say… I had planned to sew these dresses throughout the year. Well… that didn't exactly happen! 😂 So here I am, getting my 2026 dress started just in time.
