The Marathon Grind and 2nd at the NSW State Half Champs

Been a bit too long between uploads but the work has still been getting done! I'm going to try and get a few of these out in the lead up to NYC next week and have you fully caught up. In this ep, we are building up the kilometres while battling a bit of sickness before we race the NSW State Half Marathon Championships (aka Sydney Half) for 2nd place! More to come soon! Let me know what you think or any questions.
