As per Advocate Professor Dr Zulfiqar Ch sb hearing of the punjab Govt servants Insurance case which was scheduled on 20th Nov 2025 before full bench of Lahore High Court consisting of Honourable Justice Shujahat Ali Khan , Honourable Justice Abid Aziz Sheikh and Honourable Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza sb in Lahore could not take place because of dissolution of Bench as Justice Shams resigned against 27th Constitutional amendment .So New date of hearing has been announced that is 27th Nov 2025 .
