4 Perfect Circles, 1 City - Industrial Core Cities Skylines 2

A city built from nothing on an empty water map - four perfect circles, one city. This is Part 1: the Industrial Core, the engine at the heart of Heliox, and its two outer islands. More Heliox in short form:    • HELIOX - Cities: Skylines 2 (Shorts)   Heliox is a geometric city in Cities: Skylines 2. Its entire layout was designed from four perfect circles, which together define the shape of the city. This video shows the first finished third of the city: how it was laid out, how the one-way road system works, and how the outer islands came to life. The other districts will follow in the next parts.
