Ipswich Aratula Dividing Ranges Killarney Queen Mary Falls

What a fantastic ride through the Scenic Rim! Starting in Ipswich, I headed through Aratula, across the Great Dividing Range, down towards Killarney and on to Queen Mary Falls before making the trip back to Ipswich. The V-Strom 250SX was great on the highway, cruising along comfortably and soaking up the kilometres. But once I hit the winding roads through the ranges, it was even better! The light weight, handling and responsive little 250 really came into its own on the twisty sections. 🏍️💨 One of the best things about this ride was seeing how dramatically the landscape changes along the way — open farmland, rolling hills, mountain roads, forests and the beautiful scenery around Queen Mary Falls. It really shows off the incredible variety of the Scenic Rim. Unfortunately, my camera battery had other ideas and died before I could finish filming the ride back home! 😅 So unfortunately I didn't capture the whole journey, but that just gives me an excuse to head back and do it all again. A great day, a great bike, and some seriously enjoyable roads! 🌄🏍️
