Arcane boosts things like Bleed and other status effects, so I figured a randomizer would be the perfect place to see just how ridiculous an Arcane build could get. Unfortunately, the randomizer had other plans. I had to hunt down anything that could actually work with Arcane while getting some of the most completely useless loot imaginable.
