An older video in which I discuss whether you should take a lower inhaler dose than what was prescribed to you. People who have asthma sometimes feel better and may want to take less medication, because they worry they will become "addicted" to their inhalers. This is not really an addiction, but rather an effective treatment that controls a potentially serious condition. If you are having many asthma attacks, some of which may be life threatening, you may want to consider taking the right inhaler doses to prevent them. I do advise that if you are changing your inhaler doses, you should discuss this with your doctor or at least inform them that you are doing so. 🔗 Visit my website: https://www.toplunghealth.com/ 🎵 Listen to the podcast by searching "Top Lung Health" on your favorite podcast player or by going directly to Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/6VMTxUl...
