A Stranger at My Father's Grave Told Me "He's Not Here"

Healing from grief after losing a parent can feel impossible. Love never dies, and neither do the people we love. They just change form. When I was 20, my father died suddenly, and I went to his grave almost every day just to sit and sob. Then one afternoon, a stranger put his hand on my shoulder and said something I didn't fully understand for decades: "Honey, you don't have to come here to be with your father. He's not here." In this video, I share that story, why that stranger was right, and how you can connect with your person anywhere, starting today. The First Law of Thermodynamics says energy can't be created or destroyed, only changed from one form to another. Their body is gone, but they aren't.
