370 calories. 51g of protein. A giant Reese’s cup. What could possibly go wrong? My girlfriend and I tried making a viral Giant Protein Reese’s Cup that looked almost too good to be true. On paper, the macros are pretty ridiculous: 🥜 370 Calories 💪 51g Protein 🍫 27g Carbs 🥄 9g Fat As a personal trainer and physical therapy student who loves finding high-protein recipes that actually taste good, I had pretty high hopes for this one. Unfortunately…the macros might be the best thing about it. In this video, we make the recipe, give it a taste test, and find out whether this viral high-protein dessert is actually worth making. Final rating: 5/10 at best. 😂 Would I make it again? Probably not. But there might be a way to tweak the recipe and turn it into something that's actually worth eating.
