[UHBL] Ira de Dis | Nocturner

So this is basically just ocean of gore but the enemies are random and also there's lightning now. The RNG aspect of getting Docks on pandemonium is basically removed making it easier to do, though the actual gameplay is slightly harder. I would still say this is easier than old OoG cuz of the removed RNG.
