What is creative life force energy?

In this intuitive art session, I’m using watercolor pencils and a little water to explore creative flow, intuition, self-expression, and what it means to feel fully alive. We often try to force our art into an outcome instead of giving ourselves permission to simply create. But the more we make, the more opportunities we have to experience flow, reconnect with ourselves, and discover what actually lights us up. Art has been one of the ways I’ve learned to trust myself again — especially during times when I felt disconnected or stuck in self-critical thinking.
