30 Years of KUNF FU

Celebrating my 30th year of practicing Fu Jow Pai Kung Fu. In 1996 I stepped into Kwan's Kung Fu in Thornwood, NY and met my teacher Sifu Shue Yiu Kwan. Until his sad passing in 2017 I was by his side almost everyday soaking everything he had to teach me. For this past decade I have dedicated my life to pass on all the knowledge and wisdom he gave me to honor his memory. Thank you Sifu Kwan for my second life as a martial artist. #kungfu #kungfulife #martialarts #sifu #martialartstraining #martialartist #martialart #tigerclaw #adventure #adventureawaits #alwayssayyestoadventure #adventureculture
