I stayed at the Sable Hotel at Navy Pier in Chicago with beautiful Lake Michigan and Skyline views. Part of the Hilton Curio Collection. I grabbed dinner at the Offshore Rooftop restaurant on the roof of Navy Pier. The largest rooftop deck in the country.
