My 3rd Style Word Was Too Vague…So I Tried This

What happens when you know your 3 style words…but one of them is still a little hard to actually wear? My three words are Relaxed, Classic and Unexpected, and Relaxed and Classic come pretty naturally to me. But “Unexpected”? That's a little harder to pull out of the closet! So today I'm experimenting with something new. I'm starting with a Relaxed + Classic foundation using clothes I already own, then borrowing ideas from the Style Roots to help me find that third element. And I'm practicing restraint—I didn't buy anything new for this video! Instead, I'm shopping my own closet and trying Earth, Flower and Sun influences through color, texture, accessories, shoes and styling. Some ideas work. Some don't. And one of my favorite styling pieces ends up coming from my husband's closet. 😂 This isn't about finding another set of rules or declaring that we've solved personal style.
